Welcome to the StayUnityManager application, developed and managed by Stay Unity Manager LTD, located in Bournemouth, United Kingdom.

By using the StayUnityManager application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1.  Definitions and Purpose

1.1.  StayUnityManager is a digital application for hotel managers, Airbnb property owners, aparthotels or other lodging units. It provides tools for:
- managing bookings and check-ins,
- sending automated messages to guests,
- managing payment notes.

1.2.  The application does not issue tax invoices and is not intended for official accounting purposes.

2.  Account Creation and Usage

2.1. To use the app, you must create a valid account using an active email address.

2.2. You are responsible for the security of your account and any activities performed through it.

2.3. Sharing the account with third parties or using it for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

3. Subscription Plans and Free Trial

3.1. The app offers three subscription plans:

Essential          up to 7 rooms 7 days
Professional    up to 14 rooms   7 days
Unlimited         up to 50 rooms   7 days

3.2. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue using the service.

3.3. Payments are monthly via the selected processor. Non-payment results in suspension.

4. Personal Data and Privacy

4.1. The app collects:
- user data: name, email, phone
- guest data: name, email, phone, booking details.

4.2. Data is stored securely in Firebase (Google). We comply with GDPR.

4.3. The user is responsible for legal data use and guest rights compliance.

5. Copyright and License

5.1. All rights to the code, interface and features belong to Stay Unity Manager LTD.

5.2. The user has a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for app usage.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We are not liable for:
- data loss from user error
- damage from misuse
- internet/device issues.

6.2. The user is solely responsible for correct usage and data.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
- violating terms
- abuse
- fraud or illegal activity.

7.2. Users may request closure at any time without penalty.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Terms may be updated. You will be notified of major changes.

8.2. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms are governed by UK law.

9.2. Disputes shall be settled amicably or by UK courts.
